Preparazione

  • Ask to your butcher to cut thin slices of sirloin of beef
  • Put the slices of meat in a single layer on a serving plate
  • Put in a bowl the lemon juice, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt and with a fork, beat the ingredients to emulsify
  • Sprinkle the meat with the emulsion, and let it rest for about 15 minutes in the fridge
